What should I do if there is an error in a product or something is missing?

If you should come across a part of a product that seems out of sync with the rest of the pieces or realize something is missing, please contact our help desk by using our chat bubble at the bottom right of the page. We can research the issue and correct it.


If you have printed out a product and the bottom of the page or the edges are cut off, check your margins on your page layout. Another resolution could be the size of the paper you are using or your printer settings. Under the printer settings, click on "More settings". Next, choose the scale setting by selecting "Fit to page" These minor adjustments should resolve this issue. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us as mentioned above.
