I forgot my password, how do I get into my account?
If you have forgotten your password, go to SHOP the website's main menu.
Hover the mouse over MY ACCOUNT and a secondary menu will appear.
Click on LOST PASSWORD 
Enter the user name or email address associated with your account to receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you do not see an email in your inbox, check your SPAM file or PROMOTIONS file. If you need further assistance click on the Live Chat at the bottom right of the screen.

Click on LOG IN 
Click on Lost your password.
