How to unzip files or extract files after I download a product?

Your product is downloaded but it won't open until the files have been "extracted". The files are in a compressed state to make it easier to download. To extract or unzip files enables you to resave the files in a different format.

For Windows

1. Right-click the zipped folder
2. Select Extract All
3. Choose a location to save the extracted files
4. Click Extract
   

For Mac

1. Double-click the zipped file
2. The unzipped item will appear in the same folder as the zipped file

For Google Files

1. Select the zipped file
2. A pop-up will appear showing the file's contents
3. Select Extract all
