How can I edit these resources?

It's possible you already know this, but most of my resources are not editable. If they are it is clearly stated in the title or the description of that product as shown below.

However, the resources that can be edited, you will be able to use Google or PowerPoint. Once they are downloaded, you can add text to the product to customize for your classroom. See sample below:
