Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

If you are a monthly subscriber, you can cancel at any time by logging into your account. Payments are processed on the 1st of each month. After the current month is processed, there will be no refunds due to the digital nature of the product.

If you wish to cancel the yearly subscription, you may do so at any time. The membership will still run its yearly course but will end on the annual date of when you first purchased.

Where do I find the monthly membership resources?

To locate the free membership downloads for the current month:

Quick Link: Membership Log IN

Log into your account by clicking on the Membership Button on the menu bar.
A drop down menu will appear, click on My Account to log in using your username and password.
Click on this button to enter the membership page.
Open the Membership Products Page This will direct you to a page listing all your membership products.
Click on the button to download the products for the month.

By following these steps, you’ll be able to access your Monthly Resources page quickly and easily.

Two ways to log into your membership account LOG IN at the top menu or:

Go to Membership on the menu bar
Click on My Account
Fill in your log in information. and click on Log In

To log out of your account:

Click on Log Out

Once you exit the website, you will automatically be logged out of your account.
